1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the xx67 platform — including the website, any mobile browser interface, account registration, deposit and withdrawal functions, betting markets, live casino tables, and any other product or service offered under the xx67 brand — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the xx67 platform and close your account if one exists.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on xx67. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. When registering, you are required to provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on official identification documents.
• A valid Bangladesh mobile number (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Airtel, or Teletalk) that you own and control.
• A secure password of your choosing. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Accurate date of birth. Providing a false date of birth to circumvent the 21+ age requirement is a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions.

xx67 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. KYC verification is conducted to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to protect all users on the platform.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

xx67 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as Visa and Mastercard for eligible accounts. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though xx67 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to unusually large transactions.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. • Each promotion is available to eligible accounts only. xx67 determines eligibility at its sole discretion and may exclude accounts from promotions without prior notice.
• Bonus funds carry wagering (rollover) requirements that must be met before any bonus-related winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• xx67 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in and begun play under a promotion's terms will not be retroactively disadvantaged by mid-campaign changes.
• Only one active bonus may be held at any time unless specific terms state otherwise. Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated as combinable in the promotion terms.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on xx67 are subject to the platform's general betting rules and any sport-specific or market-specific rules that apply to the relevant event. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market. The following general provisions apply to all betting activity:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be amended or cancelled by the player. xx67 is not obliged to cancel a bet placed in error by the player.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet is accepted. For in-play (live) markets, odds may change between the moment of selection and the moment of bet confirmation.
• In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or not completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant market rules, bets will be settled according to the applicable void or refund policy for that market.
• Winnings from sports betting are credited to your xx67 account balance immediately upon settlement of the relevant market. For live casino games and slots, winnings are credited in real time at the conclusion of each round.

xx67 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error due to a technical fault, pricing error, or manifest mistake. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account. A manifest mistake is defined as an odds or price offered at a level that is clearly and materially incorrect relative to the true market price at the time of the event.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the xx67 platform. Accounts found to be engaged in any of the following may be suspended or permanently closed, with balances forfeited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit odds discrepancies, or otherwise interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit live dealer games, or share insider information about upcoming event results.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts), whether under your own identity or using third-party identities.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or using xx67 as a vehicle for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or underpayment/overpayment errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed.

xx67 employs risk management and fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Any account flagged for suspicious activity will be subject to enhanced review. During a review period, withdrawals from the flagged account may be suspended. xx67 will communicate the outcome of any review to the affected account holder via their registered contact details.

• Voluntary closure requested by the account holder, including self-exclusion requests.

Where an account is closed by xx67 for breach of these Terms and Conditions, any balance held in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where closure is initiated by the account holder voluntarily, any real-money balance net of unmet wagering requirements will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xx67 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, consequential, special, or incidental — arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the platform; (b) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any of its features; (c) any delay, error, or omission in connection with payment processing; (d) any loss of data; or (e) any third-party conduct including game provider technical failures. xx67's total aggregate liability to any user in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in that same period.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit xx67's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

xx67 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
